Each participant will be scaling two blocks of flats that consist of 20-off storeys each - that means 40+ storeys in total!
 
Participants will climb up by a set of stairs, and down the block by another.

The minimum age to take part is 12 years old. However, children between the ages of 10 and 12 years old could still participate, if they are accompanied by their parents.
 
However, we recommend that participants only sign up for NWVM if they are of an adequate health and fitness level.

The registration system documents the particulars of each runner. In the event of emergencies where medical assistance is required, the emergency information is retrieved from the registration system. For the safety of our runners, transferring of race slot is not permitted.
